Soy-free Instant Pot Teriyaki Salmon

This instant pot recipe makes making teriyaki salmon easy! It takes less than 10 minutes to prep and less than 4 minutes to make!

Equipment

  • Instant Pot
  • Measuring cups and spoons

Ingredients

  • 2 6 oz fillets of wild-caught salmon
  • 1/4 cup soy-free tariyaki sauce of your choice
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup water

Instructions

  • Rinse and dry your salmon.
  • Place in a bowl, sprinkle salt and pepper on the fillets, and pour your teriyaki sauce on. Let fillets rest in the marinade for 10 minutes.
  • Meanwhile, fill your instant pot with 1 cup of water and place the trivet in the pot.
  • Place salmon on the trivet and pour any extra sauce from the bowl over top.
  • Secure the lid set the pressure to high, and pressure cook for 3 minutes. Let pot naturally release.
  • Once the pin drops, enjoy! Make sure to pour extra sauce over the fillets from the pot.
