Soy-free Instant Pot Teriyaki Salmon

Ingredients
- 2 6 oz fillets of wild-caught salmon
- 1/4 cup soy-free tariyaki sauce of your choice
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup water
Instructions
- Rinse and dry your salmon.
- Place in a bowl, sprinkle salt and pepper on the fillets, and pour your teriyaki sauce on. Let fillets rest in the marinade for 10 minutes.
- Meanwhile, fill your instant pot with 1 cup of water and place the trivet in the pot.
- Place salmon on the trivet and pour any extra sauce from the bowl over top.
- Secure the lid set the pressure to high, and pressure cook for 3 minutes. Let pot naturally release.
- Once the pin drops, enjoy! Make sure to pour extra sauce over the fillets from the pot.
