Soy-free Instant Pot Teriyaki Salmon

This instant pot recipe makes making teriyaki salmon easy! It takes less than 10 minutes to prep and less than 4 minutes to make!

Equipment

Ingredients

  • 2 6 oz fillets of wild-caught salmon
  • 1/4 cup soy-free tariyaki sauce of your choice
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup water

Instructions

  1. Rinse and dry your salmon.
  2. Place in a bowl, sprinkle salt and pepper on the fillets, and pour your teriyaki sauce on. Let fillets rest in the marinade for 10 minutes.
  3. Meanwhile, fill your instant pot with 1 cup of water and place the trivet in the pot.
  4. Place salmon on the trivet and pour any extra sauce from the bowl over top.
  5. Secure the lid set the pressure to high, and pressure cook for 3 minutes. Let pot naturally release.
  6. Once the pin drops, enjoy! Make sure to pour extra sauce over the fillets from the pot.
