Rosemary Bison Burgers

bison burger, rosemary

These bison burgers are packed with protein and powerful micronutrients from lean bison meat. Bison meat is higher in protein than regular beef and carries vitamins like B12, iron, and zinc. It is higher in polyunsaturated fats and omega 3’s making it a super food for our bodies. It is also lower in saturated fat. I always encourage people to support their local farms and know where their meat is coming from. Eating a pasture-raised protein is much better for you than your traditional factory-farmed meat because it is more natural, less processed, and humanely raised.

What makes rosemary bison burgers different

Seasoning bison meat with fresh herbs like Rosemary brings its flavor profiles to the next level. Bison meat is very mild, making it versatile, and easily absorbs whatever you season it with. The rosemary makes for a rich herby taste with every bite you take. Rosemary is a super spice loaded with anti-inflammatory properties such as boosting our immune systems and fighting infection. I love the aroma of this dish, as the rosemary makes it piney and peppery. It is a satisfying, savory meal that I hope you end up enjoying as much as I do!
