Ingredients

cups
unsweetened coconut water (you can use water if desired).

tablespoons
turmeric
ground or powdered
1
tablespoon
ground black pepper
juice from 1 lemon
Instructions
Ground your fresh turmeric.
In a mason jar or mixing jar, add your coconut water, turmeric, black pepper, and lemon juice. Mix well.
You can serve these in 2 fluid oz shot glasses or store them in
small glass bottles
in your refrigerator for up to 5 days.
Notes
If using powdered turmeric you will want to dissolve the shots in a hot drink upon consumption.
